Fine tuning. It doesn't take long at all to write, or draw CGs or program sprites. What always ends up taking me the longest is correcting all the little stuff. Renpy processes every .rpy file in the folder at runtime. Make a folder called chapter 1, with a label called chapter one. Have it jump to label chapter 2, and make another file for that. You can split it up however you want, renpy sees it all as the same thing.

Possible? sure, but why? Everyone's file organization is different. What you should do is have a folder inside your game file specific for whatever type of file you're interacting with and have them place it there, under the correct path. on the surface level, you just replace the images in your game folder from the basic gui to your custom. To customize the layout you modify the script called "screens"
