Regarding items and if statements [SOLVED]
So, I'm making this point and click game. So far so good, except for this one thing... I've got an item system (the one in the cookbook), and I don't know how to allow a certain action if I have a certain combination of items in the inventory. For example, I was able to pick up pencils and paper. If...

Suggestions for point and click games?
I went on a quick search on point and click games, and I didn't find anything useful. As a game I'm planning out requires a point and click mechanic, and I've been thinking of how to approach this. I could go with image maps, but perhaps there might be a different approach? So yeah, may I ask for a ...

Re: Custom Main Menu problem...
Do you have a screens.rpy file in your game, too? What version of Ren'Py are you running? That code is fairly old, and while it may still work, it may have unpredictable and undocumented bugs. Yep, I do have a screens.rpy file and I'm running the latest version or Ren'Py. When I think about it, tha...

Custom Main Menu problem... [SOLVED]
So I've been practicing with image maps lately and decided to build myself a theme. I just finished the main menu and went to test it, everything's dandy. Only thing is, when I return from the config and load/save screen, my image map goes away and the layout is back to the default one. D: Strangely...

Re: Aka's art dump
I think what's happening is that you drew the upper part of your arms longer than the part below the elbow. When you just take a look at your arm, you would notice that that's not the case for us. & the location of the shirt's armpit area also looks incorrect to me. Tbh I gave up on the drawing...
