Solved, i already found the workaround for now.
I just copied choice_hover_background.png and choice_idle_background.png from \game\gui\button to \game\gui\phone\button, and surprisingly enough for me, it works. Thanks for everyone who already replying to this post.

The folder gui/phone/ has all the assets for Android. This particular bug has been present for a long time, essentially the image for choice menu backgrounds is missing from the gui/phone subdirectory First of all, sorry for very late respond.
