In your menu screen write this:

screen your_menu:
  zorder 120
The number will decide on which height will be your screen ! Do it everytime you have several screens displayed :) Games are often like an onion, with a lot of layers, so you have to do it quite often :)

My game failed to save because it tried to save on the PC despite i was playing on my Android device ... I will just use a monochromatic window behind the viewport, that's not really important !

That's what I have done : a vbox in a window (in a viewport but i don't think it is important)
