Re: What is the scene that you watch (re-play) most?

Sorry, sorry. I happen to play a lot of games, so I have a lot of favorites in mind that hold close to equal significance and have been watched well over more than 5 times, although I also see how my post above is a bit long. I guess I'm a slave to really dynamic ends and touching scenes.

Re: How much time do you spend with your characters?

I can barely go anywhere without paper and something to write with, and if I do I get a little uneasy because I never know when an idea pops up to jot down and I'm caught without a place to tuck it away in (while I could remember it for quite some time, often doing this leads to the idea being more ...

Re: Your most favorite obscure game?

I've got Monster Rancher (the original) still, play it off and on, it's a fun game, not to mention a good time-waster =) I always got a kick when the monster is obviously female (Pixie class) and Holly still refers to the monster as a HE....Holly flunks basic biology! :) It's too bad Monster Ranche...

Re: What is the scene that you watch (re-play) most?

:( I can barely remember every instance I had a favorite scene, and I will probably come back and forth to edit my post (maybe), but the ones I remember off the top of my head that I recently saw includes the heavy spoilers of: Phantasy Star Online Episodes I and II: You train your character to a pr...

Re: The Ultimate Character Template

Personally, I thought of this as almost alike to the Universal Mary Sue Litmus Test. Not to say that those who use this have mary sues, or to say that this template is a mary sue test ( :| or otherwise somehow calling someone out as a suethor, which is far from what I mean), but the usage of the tem...

Re: How much convenience can you stand?

I remember seeing this thread as a lurker long before, and it's a good thing too because it combed away a lot of ideas that would've been a pain to write and an even bigger pain to write off in the long run otherwise. I mean if I went through my life and noticed I have a lot of pleasant surprises th...

Re: Help me by answering some simple school-related question

Ah, is not high school sweet? =w= I'm surprised more people haven't shared their gut wrenching tales of long lost loves and adolescent trysts. You know, the very stuff that we need romance visual novels to get us forget. Hufufufu... >:3 The first time I glanced at your post, I misread you said and ...

Re: Your most favorite obscure game?

:| And I just now realized that I started this yet didn't actually name anything. Oops. Anyways, anyone hear of these? I hardly ever see anyone who do anymore. :( Clock Tower (especially the first and second. Although the first was a No Export For You. Daw...) Bloody Roar (Not the best fightin...

Re: WTF, Namco

Are you f*** ing kidding me? Tales of Symphonia was the Nintendo GameCube release back in the day. It's the whole reason why I begged and wheedled at Christmas to get one. Man, I hope I win that DarkSiders End of Days DA contest! Free PS3 or Wii or Xbox 360 for the win! I would totally not murder s...

Your most favorite obscure game?

So everyone has a favorite game or series and a lot of them tend to be very popular and well known. But what about the ones that aren't? :) So how many of you have a favorite game or series that is very obscure for various reasons? Like a cult classic or one that you really like, but for some reason...

Re: About the Main Character

Ah, great, thanks for the feedback so far. :P Another question is that if the game allows customization, would you expect more from the story as far as making these changes important? As in the options you are allowed to have to customize a character are not just cosmetic? For example, if the story ...

About the Main Character

Uh, hi. I was following with this forum as a lurker for quite some time and became interested in creating games through Ren'py for quite some time. I tried to work on a game myself, but I am in need of a bit of help. .... ....No, I don't mean help on a game  I probably won't ask for help on it...
