I think Yuri Affection sounds fine, but if you still want to change it, here are some suggestions that came to me: Ladies' Affection, A Lady's Affection, Affection: Another Story, Affection: A Girl's Story.

The premise is interesting and looks to be a fun VN to play. I love the character design and the I think the backgrounds are very nice. And like nerupuff, good luck on your project.
