Error with Java when trying to compile an android version
Hello, I'm encountering a problem that I can't seem to be able to solve. I tried to look on Internet and managed to fix the fact that Renpy could not detect Java (with adding specific variables in the advanced settings of Windows), but now I get this error everytimes when I tried to build the Androi...

Re: Users can't open the .exe file because it can't find the .py file
Thank you for your answer
Turns out it was the archive's name that was at fault, containing a special character. I renamed it, and now it works with no problem.
Thanks again for your time!

Re: Save files disappearing for no reason on Android
I will add a little warning at the begining of the game to ask the users to add an exception for the game if they're using a auto cleaning app.
Thank you very much for your help

Re: Save files disappearing for no reason on Android
Thank you, that was it :) Is there a way to prevent this problem? People sometimes need to optimize their space, but if it wipes their saves everytime, it's going to be a problem :( Should I try to store the savefiles somewhere else or to protect them from the dreaded auto cleaning? Is it even possi...

Hello :) Sorry to bother you again, but I have encountered another problem. Some users sent me several messages telling me their save files disappeared for no reason. I asked them to check the storage on their phone and the file was indeed gone. I don't really know what's going on or where to look a...

Re: Prompt for username not working properly
Thank you for your answer!
It was indeed the customized keyboard. They were able to enter their name after disabling it. But as you said, it's not something I can fix on my part I'll simply put a little footnote on my GP page to ask people to not use customized keyboards while playing.

[Solved] Prompt for username not working properly
Hello :) I just published my app on the PlayStore, but I got a message from a player telling me they couldn't enter their name when prompted. Nothing happens, the enterkey of the virtual keyboard does not work. I then tested it on my phone, it worked. It also worked on other people's phone. This is ...

I can't click on "Configure" after installing the SDK [SOLVED]
Hello :) My problem is simple: I can't click on the Configure button after installing the SDK and creating the Keys in the Renpy launcher. Until yesterday, I had absolutely no problem with it, but since then (I re installed renpy), I just can't get past it. Funny thing is, Renpy is telling me that I...

Quick Menu not working as it shoud be when replaying a chapter
Hello :) So my problem is quite simple, but really annoying. I've been trying to solve it for hours (days even), with no luck so far. I tried to find an answer on the forum, but didn't find any :( I created a section when players can replay the chapters after completing them. But when clicking on sa...
