Re: NaNoReno 2021 General Recruitment Thread

I'm an artist! I would love to do anime style character sprites and CGs for your small to medium scale NaNoRenO project. I can make an attempt at backgrounds or GUI but it's not something I'm experienced with. I'm flexible with regard to subject matter, but I have a preference for otome games! I won...

Re: NaNoReno 2020 General Recruitment Thread

➤ A person looking for a group Hi there! My name is Nef and I'm an artist . I'm really excited to try my hand at NaNoRenO! You can find examples of my work on my Twitter . I can do character sprites and CGs (~1 per route) . I'm also happy to do character designs. My preferred projects to work on wou...

Re: Help with bust/waist/hip measurement

Most people's idea of what certain measurements look like is completely messed up, on top of that, two people with the same measurements can still look very different depending on height and build. Is a person's bust size large because they have a large ribcage, or because they have large breasts, f...

This game was really fun and funny! Your writing feels so effortless, and all characters were distinct and likable in their own ways. I look forward to playing more of your games!

[Sprites & CGs] [Free] Anime artist looking for small project to hone skills

Hi everyone! My name is Nef. I've always loved visual novels (especially otome games) and now that my art has improved to a decent level I'd love to work on my skills further by working on a real project to practice for maybe eventually making my own! I'd be happy to design characters, draw sprites ...

I really enjoyed this game! After playing it through a few times and looking up your tips on I discovered it was you guys who made it! I really loved Reflections on the River and so obscure; as well so I'm gonna be stalking your projects from now on haha I actually replayed this game loads o...

Re: Alloys Over Flowers [GxB] [Romance] [Otome] [NaNoRenO2019] [Free]

Hey there! I've been trying to get into the habit of giving more feedback to creators so here I am, with my review of the first NaNoReNo game I played this year. I initially got the leave ending with high affection, and I was pleased with the resolution. I then continued playing to get the other end...

Re: so obscure; • [Slice of Life] [Friendship] [NaNo18]

This was really cool, I loved it. The presentation is super neat and for me personally it was a highly nostalgic blast from the past. I was definitely the kind of teen who was a big fan of Fall Out Boy. The flow of the conversation felt really organic and it really made me think of those first rosy ...

Re: Cinderella Phenomenon [GxB/Free]

I have to admit I didn't expect much from this when I downloaded it, because I am sceptical of such a polished release with such high production values being put up for free. I'm happy to say that I've been proven entirely wrong. This game is truly impressive, and it looks incredibly professional. O...

Sprites too big

Hi! The sprites I drew on paper and scanned in are absolutely humongous (2000-3000px) but when I try to resize them to fit into Ren'Py's standard 800x600 resolution the quality is just entirely ruined. IS there anyway around this? I always thought a too big resolution was better than too small but i...

Wow, this looks amazing. I'm always on the lookut for games (rpgs in particular) with lots of choices and customisation where you can actually affect the storyline in significant ways. I'll definitely be watching this thread.

Re: Protagonist's name?

Thanks for the feedback everyone! I've decided against having a changeable name, because my protagonist has a set personality and the choices you make don't hugely impact her at all.

Protagonist's name?

Would you say you generally prefer being able to name the protagonist, or them having a set name? Or do you really not care either way?
