Hi, i'm making a game where multiple screens where some of them are shown at once, some of them are transparent which means that the rest of the screens are still active at the back and can by clicked, obviously i can go and manually and tell to hide every other screen manually but this is a pain ho...

the size must be given in a normal resolution, (500,500) (1000,1000) doing 0.5 wont show it or will be too small too appreciate, i verified before responding, trust me it works. try size (1000,1000)

more like the second one, i got a laser beam.png, just the laser, i dont need it to move, what i want it to do is to load it from the top part to the bottom, the best example i can think of to explain is the jedi laser sable activation, it stars from the bottom til it reaches the top. ill test that ...

[Solved] fading effect starting from the top?

hi, i need to do a fading effect for a static image, a laser, and i need it to start from the top, so it gives the impression the laser is actually coming out.
i don't know if this even possible in renpy, otherwise id have to animate frame by frame the thing and its a pain.

it seems like the name of the screen was the problem, maybe sharing "input" as name caused some trouble

are you doing all this in the same screen? try doing it in a different one and displaying the one with the inventory on top of the overworld.
