How are you at localizing distinct character voices into Japanese? My Japanese is at a (very rusty) N2 level, so if it were just a matter of translating something into comprehensible Japanese I could do it on my own, but I know I'd definitely have the characters speaking in unnatural ways.

If you're going to use Scrivener and you're on a Windows machine, I recommend grabbing the beta version of Scrivener 3. 1. You mention being based in Canada; do your writers need to be Canadian as well?
2. Are you targeting particular genres/demographics?
