Re: Post you Desktop!

Here's mine: http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v377/Jarkota/?action=view&current=JarkotaDesktop.png As you can probably tell, I am a huge fan of Japanese tokusatsu programming, my favorite being the Super Sentai series. The wallpaper was made for me by the user Ehmar on the forums for TV-Nihon (...

From what I heard, in Virginia you can get a gun within 10 minutes - no background check or anything. I think that's a prime example of irresponsible gun laws if true. Actually, I have to call you on that one. I live in West Virginia, and as such have familiarized myself with the gun laws of surrou...

As I said in a previous post, my monitor brightness is ALREADY at maximum. But now that you said that the indicators are quite faint, I redoubled my efforts and found them (though it SERIOUSLY hurts my eyes to try and read them). EDIT: Okay; by waiting for the sun to go down and eliminating *ALL* li...

Right after the title screen. I clicked the Start button, then clicked my way through the intro and title screen, and, on the first screen with story text after said title screen, I pressed Shift+K. No go. So, I restarted the game, and on the very first screen of the intro (after clicking Start), I ...

Oddly enough, I *have* played Transfer Teacher, though I don't remember it being especially infuriating. Quite enjoyable, I'd say.

Anyway, I deleted the game and reinstalled like you said, but no go. Shift+K still doesn't work. Oh, well.

No; I never saw a picture of Kilroy (not that I know what 'Kilroy' is). The brightness of my monitor is already at maximum, and running the game in windowed mode is no different than running it in full-screen mode. I tried Shift-K on a couple of other Ren'Py-based programs, and it doesn't work there...

Okay - I just tried playing through this for the FIFTIETH TIME, and for the FIFTIETH TIME I've gotten the bad ending. I've tried the Shift+K thing, but I see no indicator appearing *anywhere* on the screen. I tried Shift+K at the menu screen, at the first game screen, at thetitle screen, and at the ...

No; my system isn't the problem. I downloaded several other games from the Ren'Ai server (including Ori, Ochi, Onoe and Embraced by Green, both fantastic titles BTW) that work fine. What I got when trying to download M3 was a "Page Cannot Be Displayed" error. EDIT: Okay - got it to work. I...

My bad, Tom. I should have specified that, for free stuff, I wanted ONLY links to things that were DESIGNED as freeware. Trust me; Idon't care for piracy, either. Papillon, I'm afraid I no longer trust eBay due to those same piracy concerns, as well as others (I won the bidding for what was advertis...

{H} Anyone know where I can download.....

....things like the "Immoral Studies" games? I've become bored as of late and figured I'd try out some H-games. However, my cash fundage level is at near-zero, so I'd like the responses narrowed to free or EXTREMELY cheap games. Thank you.

I never was one to take the easy route in that regard, though I appreciate your input Papillion. If the 120-day thing does turn out to be too much I can always shorten it. Regardless of how I do it, if I can manage to at least get this finished to the point of a "public beta" (or at least ...

MODERATORS: Please move this to the Wrks In Progress thread, as the project has officially started and has some tangible (if limited) results. Okay; for any who might have been curious, the premise of my first game. The title is "Melting The Ice". It's a ren'ai date sim based on the Anime/...
