All: Many thanks for your comments - I will try and sort out a website of sorts soon - as to playing it - would a soundless version do ? Its a commercial product and the sound bloats it to approximately 40+Mb of installation - anyone know of a hosting site that deals with 40+Mb downloads ? Of course...

I was the one who requested that a game be runnable from a read-only filesystems (a CD in fact). So - I retested my game under the new release and it works (no surprise really!!!) So thanks are due to PyTom for his swift response and apologies to those of you who have tested under a previous release...

I really could do with it by the weekend, as I need to cut CDs by Tuesday of next week, but realistically - when is the next release out ?

PyTom - any chance you can post the changes you made to allow the ignoring of errors

... is there a way to stop Ren'Py creating a ".....save....." directory when it starts ? The reason being, I would like to run my almost completed game from a CD (which of course is read-only). At present, it generates an error which isnt helpful !!! Thanks for any help Andrew Sorry - pres...

Does there hve to be a specifi icon format - 48x48, XP format etc etc?

I tried all sorts and couldnt get it to work at all.

Maybe Im doing something wrong.....
