Project 'Of deities, androids and time travel' recruiting
This is still a project very much in its early stages, so I'm looking for committed, motivated individuals who could hopefully help this story to get off the ground. [Working title]Of deities, androids and time travel... In an alternate universe where distortions of space time are an everyday phenom...

Re: Dating-sim Game Development recruitment

Re: Newb Dev seeks Mentor
I could volunteer, while I'm no coding wiz, I know the basics of ren'py and I've managed to finish two VN projects and I'm currently helping out a small FB-based group as an editor. Ideally, you'd want to get someone who also knows a bit of the advanced stuff like GUI modification and special featur...

Re: Anime/Manga Concept Illustrator
All that art is just... Wow. - But well, drooling aside, it would be helpful if you left some kind of a pricing guideline in your opening post. These forums are used by all kinds of people running their own VN projects, that means indie-level teams, hobbyists, and small online communities and groups...

Re: Anime Manga Artist commissions
It would be helpful, if you stated if you're willing to do both character sprites, (in-game characters, usually waist-up portraits that get recycled from scene to scene.) backgrounds (static scenery or indoors, used in-game together with sprites) and GCs (Fully detailed images based on important eve...

Re: $10 Commissions!!
[ Spoilered because it refers to a deleted post - PyTom. ] I seriously don't know what the poster above is really thinking... But other than that, you might want to specify some more details on the opening post. Since you're characters without backgrounds, they'd most likely be used as sprites, but ...

'Avaria Adventures' seeks an assistant writer
Avaria Adventures is a character-driven fantasy VN in the works and we are currently searching for an assistant writer. While the characters, the world of the story and the plot premises are largely decided, we are seeking a diligent writer committed to take over the main script's writing process. A...

Re: Project Aivisu looking for an artist/other positions
I am currently working with one artist, if that doesn't bother you, we could look into ways of sharing the work. There are three separate story arcs, I'd appreciate help with CGs at least, if you're only willing to work on sprites, feel free to apply, though your work will be compared, so no guarant...

Re: Project Aivisu looking for an artist/other positions
Uh, so far, there has been a total of 4 people who contacted me for an editor's spot. Obviously, I wouldn't be able to pick you all even if I wanted to, but truth to be told, stuff, other than this project came up, and since I still haven't found an artist to work with, this will probably fall to th...

Re: Project Aivisu looking for an artist/other positions
May I know how many the CG and the sprites(+how many expression / each character?)? Well, the more art, the better the finished product, but the bare minimum would probably be: -3 main characters, 6 expressions each. -2 CGs for a character arc, so a total of 6. Granted that more than one artist act...

Project Aivisu looking for an artist/other positions
Since this section has been rebuilt, here goes... Project Aivisu is a [BxG, slice of life] visual novel in the making, I'm personally in charge of writing and coding and I'm looking primarily for an artist, but other positions, are also available if you're interested and would just like to help. For...

Re: I'm looking for a mentor.
Well, if you check the Ren'py help section (just click on it on the ren'py client) you can find all sorts of tutorials and even copy-paste code snippets for some elements. All in all, Ren'py's language isn't even that hard to learn. What those tutorials don't really tell is of course how to take a p...

Writer looking for project/s (paid or free, see inside)
Since there's a quiet phase with my own projects, I'm offering my (so-called) skills for other works. I'm comfortable with either bouncing ideas or writing based on existing scripts. The genres I have the most experience with are fantasy, light sci-fi, romance and slice-of-life, when it comes to pai...
