I want the names to be the same as the text that shows up when the characters speak. I would like them to be different than the one that naturally appears when you start a project in Ren'py.

I would like to change the text of the game in Ren'Py but I don't know how to and I want to make it to one that's not in Ren'Py. How do I do that?

Well, I'm makeing my first game using ren'py :D but it's so frustrating because 1) my printer won't scan pictures that I need for backgrounds :x so I have to make them using paint and 2) I can't get the wite backgrounds on the character images to become transparent!!!!!!! can anyone help?
