Sai's a more basic program for drawing, I remember reading that it's meant to only focus on the drawing aspect of an image. Image editing is not what it's for at all (final touches, textures, text, etc.) so it's great to mix it with Photoshop. I always check my images in Photoshop afterwards, althou...

Yonyonyon> I fluctuate between the two and I think it gives them more personality. I don't know what I like best yet though. They're really fun to draw, that's for sure.

Having used both a Cintiq and Intuos, I can see myself switching between the two when necessary. For me, the Cintiq helps with inking and sketching faster, but I also think it's rather fragile.
