Sai's a more basic program for drawing, I remember reading that it's meant to only focus on the drawing aspect of an image. Having used both a Cintiq and Intuos, I can see myself switching between the two when necessary. For me, the Cintiq helps with inking and sketching faster, but I also think it's rather fragile.
