Re: tell me why you didn't buy Vera Blanc :)

For the record, I never bought Vera Blanc because: a.) I'm short on cash. b.) I love comic style art, but this art is a little rough. c.) The genre mashups don't appeal to me. Bionic Heart was great and probably my favorite game you've done. It managed to intrique me until the end. Heileen didn't fo...

Re: Memoirs of an Angel [Download Available]

I just got finished playing through Chael's route in the demo. I must say, this is a fantastic little VN. It's tightly written and extremely enjoyable. Chael's a cutie. <3 I will definitely play some more to see what other endings I can get.

Re: Caramel Mokaccino - Open Dev Thread- Feedback requested!

I'm a huge fan of the art. If this was a VN written on the back of a cocktail napkin that required you to flip to the inside to get the epilogue...well, I'd still play it with a smile because I really love your art that much. The story itself interests me. I love stories like this, and this sees sor...

Re: Celest in Wonderland

What you want to do is very possible and easily done with labels and jumps. Generally, you can find all the information you need in the FAQ. Just look for "jumps" and "labels". I'll try to explain it here. Here's a short example. a "I'm saying dialogue here." "I am...

Re: Into the Distance (Dark Fantasy BXG) Progress&Recruitmen

Thanks! I think I've found some proofreaders, but when I have more script and need more proofreaders, I'll surely follow your suggestion.

Re: Celest in Wonderland

It seems interesting. Reminds me of HNKNA, but Quinrose certainly doesn't have ownership of all Alice in Wonderland stories. I like the inclusion of the Jabberwocky. "She is blood red eyes but nobody know why. A natural eye color like that isn't normal." This made me wince a little. I'm no...

Re: Logos

You're extremely talented. These logos are top-notch. Any chance I could get a logo made? The game is called Into the Distance. You can find more information in the game's thread http://lemmasoft.renai.us/forums/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=8706. Pretty much I'd describe it as a dark fantasy. As far as ...

Re: Into the Distance (Dark Fantasy BXG) Progress&Recruitmen

I just typed up 40,484 words of script in a day. MY HANDS ARE ON FIRE. DX And the worst part? All those words are for Lucy's route ALONE. The good new is that Lucy's route is finished. The bad news is that I still have to do full routes for Madelyn, Rose and Emily, a semi-friendship route with Louis...

Thanks. I'm glad to know I have some support. :D

No, no hentai. Nothing even close to it. The project is strictly within PG-PG13 bounds.

He's an easily irritated guy. XD

Thanks. I'll totally list you as a proofreader, and keep you in mind when I have more dialogue that needs proofing. Right now I just need to get dialogue written. DX

Re: Into the Distance (Dark Fantasy BXG) Progress&Recruitmen

I've been on hiatus because of Life Issues (tm). Don't ask. Ugh. I've decided to steal a mechanic from HNKNA (why not? I've taken quite a few things from that game. XD) of you only being able to pursue the person you choose to stay with. Story-wise, this is easier to manage because it (a) gives the ...

Re: Bells & Spires - New VN Horror/Suspense Game WIP

Now THAT is an interesting, interesting addition. It works much better than a standard quest log would (and will feel much less useless and ill-fitting than the one used in Eileen) and actually fits the game. It will keep players focused.

Re: Into the Distance (Dark Fantasy BXG) Progress&Recruitmen

Bumping this thread because I have made some progress. Lucy's route is progressing well. I do writing and programming at the same time so that quickens the process a bit. Yu has made Lucy's sprite which can be found in the first post. Also, Adam's portrait has been created, but I don't want to spam ...

Re: Bells & Spires - New VN Horror/Suspense Game WIP

Ethan is very attractive (to me, haha). I like the little mole he has there. You don't see it on male sprites very often but it works.

Still, your artwork is beautiful and unique and I look forward to your game. I like the design of the art school girl the most. :D

Re: RE: Alistair++ - New and extended!

I just wanted to stop in and say how much I enjoyed this game. It really was the game that made me realize that renpy renai games had every bit the potential to be as good as Japanese renai games. Matter of fact, this was the game that made me want to pursue my own project using the renpy engine. Yo...
