Lol I actually thought this would work well on the Raspberry Pi.
No, it's meant to work on the PC.

I'm not sure if it's completely clear - this is a real thing, that is useful for some people.

Re: Planet EVN

I've shut the planet down, as I wasn't updating it. If anyone wants to take it over and support it, please let me know and I can give you the list of blogs that comprised it.

Re: Server Problems

Okay, fulltext is up and running at the moment. There are some style issues with the forums due to an upgrade that I'll try to get to soon.

If you have any problem with the forums, renpy.org, or renai.us, then please let me know.

Re: Server Problems

The good news is we're up and running on the new server. The bad news is that fulltext search is totally broken, not just partially broken like it had been. I understand the issue, but I'm not sure how to solve it. (Well, I am - but it involves dumping and reloading the database, which is more than ...

Re: Server Problems

The major services (renpy.org and lemmasoft.renai.us) have been transferred to the new server. We're still not in the final configuration I intended, so expect a bit more downtime as I move the database over, set up backups, etc, etc, etc. Some of the lesser services, like renai.us. still need to be...

Re: Server Problems

Just updating it - I'm fine, back to 100%. Not sure the procedure (ESWL, if you want to look it up) worked, I'll find out in 3 weeks. The new server is in place, and I'm working to get it set up properly. DNS has already been cut over, I'll be working on mail next, and then web things, with the foru...

Server Problems

This afternoon we had some downtime, that was caused by one of the hard drives in the server that runs the Lemma Soft Forums, renpy.org, and my other websites starting to fail. This is a major problem, as the other hard drive in the server failed a few weeks ago. I've done my best to keep things sta...

Sort of. You can see the current implementation at https://renpy.beuc.net/, but it's being worked on.

Re: NoneType object has no attribute 'append'

I don't see it. If you can put together a minimal example, with the image files, I can look and see if it's a Ren'Py issue.

Probably the easiest way to do it would be to hide the screen and show it again.

Re: Questions regarding Android builds and Google play

I don't believe that there should be a problem running Ren'Py on an updated Kindle Fire 8. Just looking at it, it seems like it should be supported. You might want to try uninstalling the old version of your game from the Fire 8, just to make sure that there isn't some sort of conflict in signing ke...
