NaNoRenO 2020 GxG Project [looking for artists, musicians, and maybe voice actors and editors]
You may know me as one of the old guard in terms of creating OELVNs, having created story-rich games since 2005; and establishing my own one-man game dev circle DagitabSoft in 2009. Since then, I have participated in several game jams (Global Game Jam, Ludum Dare, and Yuri Game Jam), and is also act...

Re: The new renai.us/games.renpy.org support thread.
My newest game, Gravure: A Super Network Wars Prelude, is not yet approved; plus, I also get the Error #-200: HTTP Error every time I upload the game. Please fix this.

Re: Brass Restoration translated!
Completed Kouri's route just yesterday (and ended on Feb. 20). I can imagine her being voiced by Sandy Fox (Flonne from Disgaea, Mieu from Tales of the Abyss, just about any cute little girl/creature). And her route was filled with cutesy stuff that, honestly, doesn't taste like diabetes. And I got ...

Re: WIPs with huge lists of character details
As someone who's aiming for a mainstream game creator career, all I can say is: Bring out substantial info, but don't spoil too much. The LSF WIP thread is not the only avenue for posting development logs and such. Setting up a dev blog is chicken feed nowadays. And yeah, ignore the unpleaseable fan...

Re: Star Ocean: The First Departure
Recently finished it. As noted by lordcloudx above, I used Dragon Roar very often and I didn't have to worry about random encounters then. In fact, for every random encounter in the bonus dungeon, the party leveled up very often. Now that I've finished it, I'm very convinced that Claude (of SO2) is ...

Re: About Time for a Splash! (Updated 30 Oct.)
Since I've already found an artist two weeks before the deadline, I decide to extend the deadline from Nov. 22 to the end of the year. At least I have the (spriteless) game done, ready to be shown to my friends. Plus, I know the artist is working hard to make the necessary art.

Fortunately, I have no plans of using that font. What I'm using are mainly Japanese fonts, so be happy now.

Re: Ideas Dump
An idea that's been floating up my mind, but will be given away to someone more deserving to create a VN based on it. You, as the MC, are in love with a girl. The catch? You and the girl belong to two warring religious sects. The two sects have been engaging in word wars via their respective TV stat...

Hey, would you like to become the artist for my project? A month has passed and there are no takers yet.

Re: Engrisch
I once remembered a forwarded e-mail from long, long ago that talked about unusual signs here in the Philippines. Some of them are pretty easy to translate, too. "Wanted: Boy Waitress" "Wanted: Ugly Waitress" (both are from separate beer gardens) "Marunong ka bang kumahol? A...
