It would be rather pointless if they didn't, wouldn't it. Here is a list of what you can make off each different sized print, although Premium members can increase or reduce the otherwise fixed 20%.

Whatever's appropriate to the story and target audience at hand, I guess. I don't think you'll get anyone complaining "THIS CHARACTER IS FAR TOO CHANGEABLE TO MY OWN PREFERENCES" unless they're really the kind of person you shouldn't listen to in the first place.

I just tend to kill off characters when they need to die. I've tried not killing them when they die, but it just writes me into a corner. Reading a lot of people here it seems a good chunk of you suffer from Joss Whedon Syndrome when it comes to character death - just kinda killing them off for some...
