Re: Doppelganger [GXB][Mystery][Supernatural]+remaking stuff

Eyes definitely look a bit awkward. The "Remade" versions look much better.

Re: Mnemosyne [GxB][Danmaku/VN; Sci-Fi, Romance]

If I'm honest, I don't think the change is very good, though that's largely down to the colouring. The other problem is that it lacks the "hollow" feel the original has, which actually looks more like some kind of artificial construct. The new one just looks more like generic Genki anime girl. I Don...

Re: Your opinions about fangames?

The problem with fangames is that "fans" tend to be pretty crappy. But if you have actual proper authors etc. doing fnagames it's not much different from when the actual property gets a different writer/team.

Re: Joining A Team Versus Working Solo

It's also generally a good idea to be respectful of other's strengths and weaknesses. If you seriously have trouble empathising with others, it's going to result in a disaster for someone else. I've been in two projects recently where the people in charge were just extremely cold people, and it didn...

Re: What kind of music do you listen to?

Pretty much anything that catches my inerest, but my favourite genres are Classical and Folk-Metal. (I have such strange tastes in music T_T) A lot of people I know who like some sort of metal like classical as well. A lot of metal can get quite symphonic and draws more on classical than most rock....

Re: Get that thing off your chest... Now...

I'm still struggling to recover. of course everyone says just leave it for a while but that's easier said than done. I've always had trouble coping with this kind of treatment and it's only gotten harder as it keeps happening again and again. People just treat those with mental illness like trash.

Do private messages count, OOI? Since they're viewable by the mods. The forum associated with this isn't publicly viewable either, so that kind of makes it a no go. Timestamped Skype quotes and whatnot should be reasonable though. I don't know if there's ever a fully objective way to demonstrate som...

Re: Get that thing off your chest... Now...

But I don't have to like you to feel sympathy for you - which I honestly, sincerely do. This is a very important point. The amount of shitheaded excuses I've gotten over the last few days for not sympathising with my very real problems is unbelievable. I sympathise with people I don't agree with or...

Re: Get that thing off your chest... Now...

I think I feel a bit better now.

still can't sleep though. got too hot.

the above quote is still driving me crazy too. it's basically describing the concept of victim blaming and trying to sell it to me. they should know from my presence in the "feminist thread" iit's a bad idea.
