If you don't mind using Chinese instruments, I recommend Kong Audio. I also recommend GuZheng and Kim by Sonic Couture (Requires Kontakt). Though if you don't really know how to compose ethnic music, then you can always get Silk by East/West Quantum Leap. (But I never recommend their products xP) I'...
