It just seems like another Photoshop to me. All their links are broken as well. ComicWorks seems useful to have its tone library. The tablet itself is a bit expensive. I think Wacom has its graphire tablets for cheaper ($99USD, I think) and Wacom is the leading industry in tablets.

Wow, yet another one in such a short time. You either have a lot of time on your hands or you're very good! I wish I could do that.

If I include 'original CGs' from commercially available bishoujo games, would I be violating copyright rules? But I was thinking among the lines of 'gray area' just like what anime fansubs are... and since there are oh so numerous sites providing the original CGs... I wouldn't think it'd be illegal...

I think tracing, copying, etc.. is a good way to start. Anatomy picts can be found all over the net. And importantly, don't worry if it turns out bad! Just make sure you don't give up just because of one failure.

Why not just give it a try yourself? I mean, there are lots of tutorials on the net. You should give them a try and see how it works out. Afterall, it'll make your game more original. Give it lots of practice and maybe you'll find that you're actually really good at it!
