I personally hate endings that require you to replay the game before you can unlock it. It breaks the sense of immersion and says loudly "you're playing a game!"

My only worry is that a no-henti restriction is going to be the most common. But for the sake of what you're trying to accomplish, just leaving those out is probably for the best, I agree.

I don't think the background is completely unusable. You could add walls and a door frame to make it look like you're looking into the room through the door. Or you could just say it's formatted for a smart phone. ^_^

Well, if we're talking about making a board section it doesn't seem like it'd be that hard to have a section for things with a "no henti games" requirement.

I think a forum section wouldn't be as useful as a website would be. But either way, having all the resources in one spot would be wonderful.

A funny trick if you're trying to color fast is to work very big and *don't* do anti-aliasing. That way you can just flood fill and color quickly. When you shrink it, the shrinking will anti-alias the lines for you.

If you want to write in a genre, it's very important to have read in that genre. There are lots of little things that can trip you up and make your story sound weak or pretentious that have already been solved by someone else. I think it's funny that you mention "clothes may be different" since any one of them could look the part with the right clothes. I like #2 the best for a modern princess. She wouldn't look out of place ordering anyone around but she still looks classy, refined and elegant.
