Re: hiko27's Art Thread (critiques and requests welcome!)
Woot! Headphones was a few weeks ago, while Lucina and Kido were last week and yesterday, respectively. Kido's proportions are way off, though the reason is because I drew this last year. Back then, I wasn't as good with proportions as I am now.

Re: ❤ Cute Demon Crashers! ❤ [GxB/GxG][18+][late NaNo]
AHHHHHHHH AKKI WAS HELLA FREAKING ADORABLE. Loved the whole consensual thing going on with incubi/succubus. Heck, just with consent and sex together in the same freaking sentence. Sidenote: Totally agree with what the other user said about R-otome games. They love their forced sex apparently. This g...

Re: Anatomy Studies, Week 1: Human Proportions (Skeletal)
@chocojax: Sure thing, go ahead! My instructor's name is on the sheet anyways, so that's fine. Yeah, it's cause of all the skin. And most people don't have prominent cheekbones like Angelina Jolie, so it's not as obvious. Also, wanted to ask is week one done or??? @King-sama: Woot! Feel free to joi...

Re: Just rolling with your story's development?
Where's a clapping emoticon when you need one? But that's very ambitious of you though, including suicide and drugs into your VN. 1) Roll with it, though tbh, I don't pick what genres I want for my game. Never have I done that. All I have are ideas, what I want to incorporate, a few twists and turns...

Re: otoge-Real! (otome/comedy/GxB/GxG/romance) Updated 7/21/
Updates: Changed some of the guys' ages. And also, we'll actually have more than one hidden character, I think. Not yet sure, but we'll be adding either one or two more guys. Not yet decided at this point since I'll have to see if I can make them fit. Character designs are well on their way. Crysta...

Re: Anatomy Studies, Week 1: Human Proportions (Skeletal)
skull.png Finally managed to actually do some studies! Opted to focus on the skull. I actually wasn't listening to my Life Drawing instructor when he talked about the skull, but it was along these lines of sectioning it off into how it slopes and all that. I didn't go into detail because all I real...

Re: Anatomy Studies, Week 1: Human Proportions (Skeletal)
Oooh, yeah, that seems like it would fit better (butterfly hipbone). I'll try to see if that helps me better later. And HAHAHA yeah, ignore the lower right skeleton, that was me trying to bs one. :p Of course, learning the movement of joints and whatnot is important. But, I personally wanted to foc...

Re: Anatomy Studies, Week 1: Human Proportions (Skeletal)
Done last night. Niceee! I haven't done my part to this mostly cause I got so busy, but will do it when I can. Anyways, you could think of the hipbone as a butterfly shape instead. Also, the skeleton on the lower right, is it from the front or back? Either way, the spine looks really weird? It's pr...

Re: Anatomy Studies, Week 1: Human Proportions (Skeletal)
Woot woot! Yehey, anatomy studies thread ftw! I'll see if I can do my studies today.
I also think it's best to write in your first post that people can post their studies, and we can all discuss it. Or if they're having problems with anatomy, they can ask for help in this thread.

Re: chocojax's Art Thread [Critique always appreciated!]
You're welcome! Don't think my instructor has released a book, but probably. My instructor does like Tintoretto a whole lot, so they both probably like him? Random, but I actually think sketching with color pencils is better than normal HB pencils. Gives your drawing a bit of warmth to it (well, dep...

UHHHH it's a good thing I put that disclaimer of me being sleepy up there, hahahha. I meant to post in your thread a couple of days ago, but I either forgot until too late at night (which is what happened here anyway), or was too busy to do so. :( - BG: Wooops, sorry, I entirely forgot that pillar ...

crit001: - Too angular shift in the sweater between chest to hips. - Legs look awkwardly pressed against each other. Perhaps would look more natural to have them slightly spread apart. Or could be because the knees have a weird sort of perspective to them. (?) - Because of the sweater+skirt, create...

patch of grass.png patch of grass-2.png Because I need to practice with painting backgrounds aside from the freaking sky. This still needs a WHOLE lot of work, but this is practice for now. I've never actually done this type of method where I didn't work with any kind of lineart, so that was unnerv...

AH DAMMIT. Okay, these links you can see now . And it's fine. I should really be drawing but anything to help out really. And yeah, there are some things you should be in the habit of doing. Like I know some people don't draw people naked first, but you kinda need to unless you're a master of anatom...

Re: chocojax's Art Thread [Critique always appreciated!]
Ah, I think it helps if you actually plot things out in the picture (or for in real life objects), like when drawing a person, we use sausages and stuff. That helps you see the underlying structure, and when you study how those work in photos, you learn something new. Haha, I actually thrive on chal...
