Re: Programmers wanted!
Interesting story, I hope it turns out well! :D Just out of curiosity what level of skill are you looking for in a programmer, adding that would probably help a lot in trying to recruit. Information as is it just a basic kinetic novel, on skill level with a tutorial game, or will they need to be abl...

Re: Adversity Comp - Visual Novel Writing Contest - Sept 201
I did that too! XD
I looked through all the music before I started writing since if none of the music fit the tone the entire game would be out of sic. Like a Youtube video where they prosperously play unfitting music except not as funny, defiantly not my goal.

Re: Adversity Comp - Visual Novel Writing Contest - Sept 201
Thank you for putting that up, I'd completely forgotten about how to separate the name from the dialogue box. I dislike having them together. It just feels clunky. Yeah, I'm glad it's not a coding competition either... If this was a coding competition, I'm pretty sure I would have given up after see...

Re: Visual Novel Writing Contest (planning thread)
Sorry, I was thinking the wrong thing. Your right it would be the same size, for some odd reason my brain died on me and I was thinking all the games were seperate then put together like a zip. Thanks for correcting that.

Re: Visual Novel Writing Contest (planning thread)
This sounds like an exciting idea.
I vote for 3, but if a lot of people join. Since all the games are being put in one file, I'll understand if you have to go with option 1 to keep down file size.

Re: Worst/Creative Places to Be Trapped?
Locked in an oven... And it's heating up.
Lost in the sewers.
Lost in some old catacombs.
Trapped in a vehicle after a car wreak.. Optionally the vehicle is on fire.
Inside a industrial trash compactor that's on.
Under water inside a shark cage with the bars being heavily rusted.

Re: You know what would be awesome?
If you were an obtainable character, how would you act? I would be the hyper active Genki girl ... and I know this is true since just yesterday my roommate was hosting a movie night so a few hours before the event I hopped up on the couch, waved my arms jumping, and shouted "I'm three hours early!"...
