Are you drawing everything on one layer? o_O You should just be able to make the bottom white layer (the one that's there when you create a file) invisible, and then save the image as a transparent png without having to erase anything. If you are drawing on one bottom layer, then it's a lot harder.....

The first out of four or so backgrounds i'll be doing for this project ^^.

I think it's quite soft and pretty~
However, the colour bleeds and overlapping aren't really my thing ^^; (it makes it seem more like a coloured sketch than an actual finished drawing)
