Chugging along on the beta testing. YAY! Didn't realize how much text was in the game until now.

Re: Accidental Demon Slayers [Horror/Comedy]

As I wait for the music, I'm continuing to make the game larger, and expand the choices available to the player. I've also removed the "True Ending" label from the one of the Endings. Mainly because I can't decide which one is going to be the "True" ending.

Re: Musician/Artist Looking To Build Portfolio

Michael, the tracks you sent me for my game were awesome. Totally worth the money. Thank you again for sending me the rough cuts for those two tracks so quickly. I'm so keeping you in mind for my next game. Hard to find reliable people out there!

Accidental Demon Slayers Beta Testing and Proofreading!

So, as I'm rewriting my game I'm realizing I'm going to need some help with the beta testing and proofreading.

I've taken down the direct link to the current build of the game. If you are still interested in trying out the rough build, please PM me.

Thank you!

Re: Writing Solo or Writing with a Co-Writer?

While I appreciate the link, I kind of wanted to hear other people's experiences with working with a co-writer, and why they would or would not recommend it. (While the link does cover that material, and well I might add, I'm basically looking for people's experiences here, specifically with working...

Writing Solo or Writing with a Co-Writer?

I'm currently working on my first game, and I'm playing with the idea of trying to find a co-writer. What are your thoughts on this? Do you prefer writing alone or do you like bringing in a co-writer? If you have in the past, how was the experience? Was it someone you knew, or was it someone you fou...

Re: Accidental Demon Hunters [Horror/Comedy]

The company that created the backgrounds I'm using is listed as QQQnoQnoQ on the english DL site. I don't believe that is the actual company name, because the logo shows a slightly more complex Japanese name which they probably weren't able to translate. While their pack selection is pretty limited,...

Re: Accidental Demon Hunters [Horror/Comedy]

It's funny you mentioned Ghostbusters, because as I'm rewriting, I'm finding myself pushing more towards that vibe. Basically the company has Clare and Bobby, who are the field agents, and Ashtyn who handles the research aspect. Clare is a trained demon hunter, while Bobby uses the power given to hi...

Re: "Movie" VS "Episodes" Your opinion?

Honestly, it depends on the story you are trying to tell. There are some where it makes more sense to release as a series of episodes, and there are some that lend themselves to being told as a larger whole. Look at Higurashi. The nature of the story lends itself to being told in an episodic format....
