Re: That Cheap and Sacred Thing - Drama/Sci-fi
That was awesome, and I totally cried at the ending. The most powerful moments for me were the flashback to Elly killing Tessa and the scene were Autumn took a baseball bat to Jude. Holy crap. So of course I was a mess for that last CG. It has been a while since a story has ripped out my heart and s...

Re: Crimson Rafflesia [Psych|Horror|GxB]Demo 0.5 - Up. 13 Ap
I'm not currently looking for paying work online in VN circles. If anything, I'd be looking for a skills trade later down the line. Right now my priority in life is finding full-time work, so doing VN work is definitely something I'd do in my free time. Before I can commit to helping you, I'd like t...

Re: Crimson Rafflesia [Psych|Horror|GxB]Demo 0.5 - Up. 13 Ap
I think the confusion/disorientation at the beginning is okay, though it can be tightened up. (Shoko commented earlier on the repetition of "I'm scared," for example.) What kind of editor are you looking for? Someone that will do developmental stuff (offering critique on the story/characterizations)...

Re: Death Rule:lost code [Survival][Demo] Update 2/25
Sounds like an interesting universe! I'm really curious to see just how much of that will come through in the finished game. From what I saw, I just thought we were "five minutes into the future" with the robots and the gene mods, not that we were on an entirely different planet. Thanks for elaborat...

Re: Death Rule:lost code [Survival][Demo] Update 2/25
I just played the demo, and I loved it! I think the objectives and death rules were a fun twist on the survival of the fittest/Battle Royale genre. I wanted to start charting out what the highest possible survival rate was, and I kept checking the player list to make sure I remembered everything. I ...

Re: Crimson Rafflesia [Psych|Horror|GxB]Demo 0.5 - Up. 13 Ap
Just downloaded and played the demo, and I enjoyed it. It was delightfully disturbing, and I will admit that I have a fondness in my heart for fictional psychos like Sho--especially when they taunt the good guys and dare them to come and kill them. The confrontation at the church was nicely done. Ho...

@OokamiKasumi I shall keep your advice in mind, but I dearly hope to never need it. XD Sounds like some fun details for anyone that wants to write a ghost story, though!

@OokamiKasumi ...your stories are terrifying and amazing and I don't think I'm going to get much sleep tonight. I'm afraid I'm going to have to agree with your cousins. *shudders*

Re: Ghost Day [YA Supernatural][Experimental]
Ghost stories and mysteries are an awesome combination. The deadline of solving the mystery before you get sent to bed sounds really ominous to me--does the ghost/dream/whatever-it-is eat your face if you get sent to bed prematurely? D: I really like the art, too--dunno what to call the technique (n...

Re: Works based on classical material
I also vote #3--it's definitely the most interesting to me, and I think it would be equally fun for people who are familiar with the story and those that aren't. I'm still new to visual novels, so I'm afraid I don't know any examples of the kind of adaptation you're thinking about doing. However, it...

Re: Frailty -Broken Wings- [GxB]
Aiden is the least interesting to me, mostly because I'm generally not a fan of white-haired pretty boys. However, I am interested in the monstrous side of him--sounds like that could be a lot of fun, especially with his public "gentleman" side as a contrast. Leon is number two for me, mostly becaus...

Re: POV Switching, Where and How?
I think you could stay in first person--you just have to be extremely clear about which character's perspective you're in. You could do a big splash page before the sequence begins listing what chapter/scene they're on and whose POV it's from. (This is how I've decided to handle the POV switches in ...

Love the new updates! That art is stunning--it really captures a spooky, unsettling atmosphere. I know you're far from completion, but I've got to say that every time you update I end up wanting to play it more. Best of luck!

Re: Crescendo of Time [War|Fantasy|Semi-Otome|GxB|GxG|Thrill
This looks like a ton of fun. I'm always a sucker for revenge/war stories, and this sounds like it will be a glorious, complicated mess. I like the concept art for the characters, too!
