It's been a while, but I feel like most of it was just the voicing, the text, and a portion of background, changing depending on the situation. Well, I draw in GIMP... But, there's nothing much that's special though it can be a pain sometimes. I would just say, use different layers and use the paintbrush-thing (anti-alias, I think?). Somehow, I ended up scribbling out a chara from a yet to written and likely never to be written story in my head. She's just a scribble in 15 mins, but somehow...I feel like the eyes are off-plus I don't draw megane charas much.
