Same here. It just makes sense to me personally and doesn't have the antiquated connotations of "touch novel" or the stigma/preconceptions that "visual novel" has.

I'm a bit of a sucker for tragedy, so I'm raring for this game to be released!

This is a really neat concept for a game. Unfortunately, I wouldn't be of much help outside of beta-testing when you get that far.
