I started trying my hand at backgrounds for a game I want to make. Still got a ways to go but here's one of my first attempts at an actual background.

Added another character named "Saya" to go along with the naming trend for the other two girls Sasha and Sarah. Her jacket is an open kimono/yukata decorated with graffiti.
Gonna try and organize the post tomorrow.

I really like your style! And I agree, you're good at cool character designs hohoh. I'm working on improving my scenery/background skills lately too, and I think yours are pretty good! I especially like the pilgrimage one, I feel like the colors and composition fit the mood of the piece very nicely...

Added some concept art of the city. And thanks, I'm happy to hear you think its interesting. I still need to decide on a lot of stuff though. Probably gonna sketch up some rough scenery designs and get a couple of the main cast's designs down this weekend.
