Yup it was done in photoshop. I got the effect using a some brushes I got.

Heyo, been a while

Thanks, I'm glad you like it. I've was experimenting with new techniques for coloring and shading and I ended up getting used to a kind of unorthodox process that I'll show in a pic I'll include that uses little to no actual layers and I can actually work pretty quickly with it.
