I don't know who told you to decrease the prices, but you really shouldn't have listened. $15 for an animated sprite is way to cheap. I say this cause I've heard of plenty of artists that have decreased their prices because for what commissions have said, and in the long run, you don't want to work...

Are you willing to draw male sprites as well? If so, do you have samples? I personally can't order anything right now, but the lack of samples in that respect might be turning some people away (since most projects have a mix of genders). Either way, your art is adorable.
