Do you believe that a free demo of a really good game could significantly draw in a paying audience?

Would it be pointless to release your first VN as a commercial game? How successful could it be? What are your views and experience on this subject?

Is config.developer set to false? I'm not sure what you mean..sorry, can you take a screenshot of the problem?

Maybe you have the file saved as something other than a script file?
I could be wrong. but just try saving the file as a .rpy file then try again.
