Yes, they are both for commercial use. I mean, I don't distinguish between commercial and non-commercial when it comes to character sprites, BGs, CGs and Illustrations. You can use them in whichever way you please.

I expect to release the game in the early spring of 2016 and I plan to launch a demo in December 2015.
