A question about outlines in style properties

Alright, I'm sorry if this is something really easy, but I can't find how to do it... XD For my dialogue box, I have white text on a semi-transparent black background. I want to make sure the text pops out more, so I want to outline it with black. But, so far I can only find how to outline what char...

IMO, one "sad" theme isn't enough. It gets kind of cheesy if it's repeated enough... you hear the first couple notes and then you're like "Oh, here comes a sad scene.." If you can, switching it up might be good. I also like the idea of character themes. I think they work well when you have a charact...

Thank you! (the original post was mine; I thought I was logged in but wasn't. XD) This might sound like a stupid question, but how do I save as a UTF-8? JEdit gives me the option to "reload with encoding" but that's the only place I see UTF-8 anywhere, and reloading then saving doesn't do anything. ><
