Um, though it's a bad workaround, isn't there some sort of embedded text tag that makes the user click mid-dialogue? Can't you have their expression change then?

I have all of the art and most of the story ... in my head. *laughs* Actually, I'm debating whether or not to use a DSE engine yet to create more arcs for the mystery, you know? I just can't seem to locate the DSE source script file in my renpy5.15 folder @_@. So I'm just sort of poking around a lot...

Well, no one can complete a Ren'pY game with a battle engine until Ren'Py is programmed with one. XP.

How are you supposed to advance the plot if there is a battle player has to win or lose, and you can't even program the battle?

Man, I finally got the omake for Midsummer's Resonance and got all excited when it was pointed out that the "SHHIIIIIING" sound played again at the end of the game ... and became disappointed when "God's" response was "No clue ..." ... ARGH. I almost thought about making a sequel to the game, ...

I followed the walkthrough first before belatedly realizing that the walkthrough had a typo in the final command that wouldn't let my command prompt run the archive_images batch file ... then realized that if I just clicked on the batch file, it would archive everything except the GIFs ... so I went...

I guess I'll be opting for IntRenAiMo with Shifted ...

It's my first Ren'py game, anyway, if not my first game ... I just have no idea where to take my story D: ...

Does anyone want to be a scriptwriter for a mystery/occult kind of story? (Not necessarily a dating sim, per se ...)
