Re: .append with imagebutton?

It says my function is not defined... not sure what the problem is here. def has_eshirt (self, Shirt): if Shirt in self.equipped_shirt: for Shirt in self.equipped_shirt: self.equipped_shirt.remove(Shirt) else: return False remove_shirt_cur = renpy.curry(has_eshirt) def append_shirt(item): self.equip...

.append with imagebutton?

Is it possible to .append item to the list as a result of imagebutton? This imagebutton should be an item, and it should be equipped when it's clicked. So if someone could write the right syntax for .appending the item to the list with an imagebutton fuction. class Shirt: def __init__(self, name, co...

Re: Inventory Screen

Excellent code, helped so much for understanding inventory screen. But, could you please direct me to the part of the script that organizes displayed items. For example if I have 3 items in my inv, and get another one, I want new item to come first, and the rest of them moved to the next inv spaces....

Re: Input Variable storing

Hmm, so what is the actual variable for your name.
For example if you want to say "My name is [name]."
What is the variable you will have to use instead of [name]?

Re: Input Variable storing

Yeah, it is a bit confusing.. :D But thanks, anyway! I'm actually interested in.. How to store value of "_return" variable into another permanent variable? Is there an easier way? I kinda understand your code, but, in my case, it's unnecceserily complicated. :D screen name: text "What is your name?"...

Input Variable storing

Hi there, I've seen there are two possible ways to make an input in Ren'py. "renpy.input" and just input in screen. "renpy.input" wokrs fine, but I like input in screen more for the project I'm working on. The problem is, when player's input is stored in "_return" variable, how do I save that variab...

Re: Returning to point where you left..

Wow, that tester is pretty helpful for understanding screens! Did you make it just for me, or did you have it already? :D ANyway, I feel so special... and lazy for not reading documentation. :D But it's not laziness, doc is a bit confusing, and reading it all at once makes no progress, so I rather w...

Re: Returning to point where you left..

I saw there is no call, that's why I asked on forum. As I mentioned before, I'd like to return to the screen from which I left before, so you suggested call label. But I want to leave the first label by button, and when called label is done, I want to return to the place where I left? That possible....

Re: Returning to point where you left..

Wow, I didn't see that you guys continued giving advices untill now. Everything works fine, thanks a bunch, fixed that music problem with trooper's renpy.get_music. Works like a charm, I did something like that with inventory button (renpy.get_screen), but I didn't know it works for music as well. :...
