I believe they have a .psd file that you can manipulate:) But if that doesn't work, the creator is actually really simple to use. Just click around the labels and you can see the character change. The labels are categorized by (no idea exactly but something like) eyes, mouths, noses, eyebrows, etc. ...

So I found the code for downsizing screens on the Ideal Resolution thread, and didn't really want to necro it.
