Re: A couple of questions about drag and drop
Not tested, but try to set drag_raise property of draggable to False. https://www.renpy.org/doc/html/drag_drop.html#Drag Thanks, I tried on one of the first attempts. The problem then is that at the moment of dragging, the object from the "middle layers" does not become the topmost, it moves under ...

Re: A couple of questions about drag and drop
Well, it seems like a good solution that works for me: change the grab_x and grab_y of the current dragged object to 0. In this case, after changing the scale of the object, it will move to the mouse cursor. And one more question: if the dragged objects on the screen overlap each other (for example,...

Re: A couple of questions about drag and drop
I will clarify a little on the second question. There is a draggable object on the screen, for example, 400 by 400 pixels. After the player starts dragging it, it should be reduced to a size of 100 by 100. But at the same time, it should be in the area of the mouse cursor. If I do it through: drag...

Re: A couple of questions about drag and drop
The actual python code for Drags is in renpy/display/dragdrop.py -- I just tried reading it, and it looks like 'activated' is supposed to do what you want. I don't know if there's a bug or what. Could you post more of the code you're trying to use? Seems like this might take some debugging. Oh, you...

A couple of questions about drag and drop
Help me find a solution, please: 1. Is it possible to make the desired function work right at the moment of "mouse down" on the drag object? In theory, the "activated" is responsible for this. But in fact, the function assigned to this is triggered only after I release the mouse button. 2. im.Factor...

Re: Transparency of a part of an image
As a result, I made it through a large mask.png that is set in AlphaMask by coordinates through im.Composite. Everything works good.

Re: Transparency of a part of an image
How about you take a LARGE black image and make a transparent hole in the middle, then anchor (.5, .5) and position it exactly where you need the hole? Sounds good, thanks. But what will it look like inside AlphaMask? Something using LiveComposite? I need only the mask (mask.png) to move, and the s...

Re: Transparency of a part of an image
Thank you, but that’s not exactly what I need. I apologize for my English, apparently I didn’t explain it well. I need only a certain part of the second layer to be transparent. Here are two masks for example. mask2.png mask1.png Using them & AlphaMask I can make two options for layer transparency. ...

Re: Transparency of theme elements
I apologize for the delay in replying. Thank you, but the problem is that I cannot find where I can change this parameter for default themes (e.g. Diamond Dreamscape). I can make my buttons and change this option for them. But if the default theme settings suit me in everything except this parameter...

Re: Transparency of theme elements
Oh thanks. But how can I change the transparency of the specific theme elements? For example, the choice menu buttons in Diamond theme are displayed as translucent. How can I make them completely opaque?

Transparency of theme elements
Can you tell me, please, how can I change transparency of theme elements? Here I can change the color of elements: theme.diamond( ## Theme: Diamond ## Color scheme: Dreamscape ## The color of an idle widget face. widget = "#787878", ## The color of a focused widget face. widget_hover = "#565656", Bu...

Re: Android and focus_mask True
Not at this time. I might revisit this in the next few months, but for now it's pretty fundamental. Oh, then there is hope. Thank you! I will very much wait for this. You could set the focus_mask to a python function that took the x,y and evaluated a True/False response based upon math rather than ...

Re: Android and focus_mask True
Thanks for the answer. It's a pity.
Are there any adequate ways to circumvent this restriction? The basic part of my project is based on the exact location of active objects on the screen, the easiest way to do this is to use imagebuttons and focus_mask.
