It is possible to disable rollback in part or in full. If rollback is not wanted at all, it can simply be turned off through the config.rollback_enabled option.

It is hard to say without looking at whole project, but you are not using navigation screen in option screen, you redo it there again (it looks like it fused with rest of options imagemap). I suggest looking for differences between images used for navigation screen and option screen. Maybe 'ground' ...

It clearly states that game cannot find file 'GUI/quick menu/qm_ground.png'. Do you actually have that file? Shouldn't it be 'images/GUI/quick menu/qm_ground.png' (Judging from oter image paths you have)?

I suggest to check out bar style properties, in paticular base_bar and thumb ones.
