Re: Problem with SL imagebutton syntaxis.

That worked, thank you!
I'm assuming you meant 50% (.5), rather than 5000%.
 yes, lol...))

Problem with SL imagebutton syntaxis.

Hi, folks! Could someone tell me the right syntaxis for "hover" and "idle" images of an imagebutton. So, I have some images, declared in init block, and I want to use them for my imagebutton, but I need them to be scaled. For now I have imagebutton: idle im.Scale( "my_image.bmp", 50, 50) hover im.Sc...

Re: Really weird image problem

The problem was in your images.
I've changed the color model from CMYK to RGB in Photoshop. That let me to save images in ".png" format. And this ".png" images are work fine.

Re: Blur effect?

Try to add more layers of modified images, play with values of alpha and offset transform blur(child): contains: # the image itself child alpha 1.0 contains: # 1st modified image child alpha 0.2 xoffset -3 contains: # 2nd modified image child alpha 0.2 xoffset 3 contains: # repeat this block several...

Re: Blur effect?

What do you mean - "stronger"? To make it looks more unfocused? In my example it works like: 1) show an image 2) show some semi-transparent and slightly offset copies of that image over it So you can add some more copies with different offsets or make them less transparent, maybe... Also, I played w...

Re: Zoom FAIL

my game seems to skip right over the block of code That's ok. ATL transforms does not terminate the game flow. You should use something between this image and the next image (a pause or character's words) label start: show bgmap2: crop (0, 0, 800, 600) size (800, 600) linear 4.0 crop (350, 300, 400,...

Re: My saves aren't loading properly

So I went through the whole game, and saved at all of the menus and decision points so I could easily go back to them for testing purposes. Bad idea - if you'll change your code this won't affect to your saves (they'll still be using old code). If you make changes in code - should start to play fro...

Re: if statement help

You see, you have "meeting" variable and you can change its value, but it would have only one value. Try to use 3 different variables to check if a text line should be shown or not. label start: $ love_a = False $ love_m = False $ love_b = False # some code, where you set one or more of this vars to...
