this is a big ui overlay

clicking on the button runs the "reset_resolution_values ()" function which closes the ui overlay and resets some global values to zero.


I made this menu an overlay because it was using pause functions which made the text and UI dissapear...

Ok, thanks! Helps to know I wasn't crazy, I'm sure that's documented somewhere I just didn't see it o.O

Any ideas for a workaround so I can use ui.imagebutton and it's click function?

I spent most of last night and this morning trying to figure out.. I'm having trouble with a UI overlay, I added a button at the end of a long menu, and now I get a traceback error saying ui.interact is being called with non-empty widget/layer stack. Ahh, you know, I found that in a search, but I clicked on the renpy.block_rollback hyperlink right below the question, I thought the code in the FAQ was the renpy.block_rollback function... I need to pay attention to the details :P

I didn't realize the engine was going to use OpenGL in a future release

I read someone thought that would allow Ren'Py to use multiple resolutions, I don't know if that's true.

Say someone's max resolution is 1024x768 but your game window runs just a bit bigger at 1280x800
