Really Quick survey on Gaming Tastes

I made this really short survey for a few pals, I've been building a lot of extra features for my project, but I'm not really sure of how they might feel about having to unlock so many things, if they even pay attention to things like a music box, and whatnot. So I though I might as well post it her...

Oooh, I get to see Aleema's face today! : D

You look a bit like Björk, the Islandic beauty of the Experimental music. Oh, and the lace gloves rock my socks.

Argh, your new avatar yells "Kawaii" through all of its pores, Pyonkotchi.

I will draw me a new one soon enough.

Re: A question for RPG lovers: plot or combat?

I suppose I prefer plot as well, an example of this are the Eureka 7 games for the PS2, where it's very fun to control the LFOs and all, but the story is slow as hell and pretty bland... at least it was in the Vol. 1, I wasn't bothered to buy the next ones. Silent Hill 2, in the other hand, has a ma...

Re: Bad Widescreen Stretching

Oh, thanks for the reply, I really don't mind much if it doesn't look the way it should with MY computer, I mean... I made it, why would I want to play and reply a story I made up myself? :P So what I wanted was a way to make sure the full screen works properly no matter who plays it and with what s...

Re: What got you into VN making?

whoa, well for me it is: 1. I've been an otaku since I was a child, I was let's say... 12 years old or so (1997) when I really got into anime and all its media, but I started to play dating sims and whatnot when I was 15 or 16 (2001), I began with anime themed flash games in NG. 2. I just randomly f...

Bad Widescreen Stretching

I'm pretty much done with my first VN, but since I learned the person I'm making it for has a 16:9 screen, I rebuilt it from a 800x600 pxls format to 960x600 pxls, so it fits without stretching while in fullscreen mode, looking like this: example 1.jpg So it's all working fine and dandy, but when I ...

Re: Developer Tools not working

Maybe it sounds too simple, but if you check your keyboard preferences in the windows settings, you might find a solution, I for example, with a latinamerican keyboard have to hit the dash/low dash key to skip, instead of the </> key.

Re: Post your photo

Looking at this thread, I am struck by how closely people's art styles seem to correlate to their physical appearance. How striking! :o And how many of them look very similarly to their avatars! well in my case, I actually drew myself there... it's part of a bigger doodle where i am next to my lass...

After a chat with my older sister, it seems my first anime was Speed Racer... to think I don't even like it.
