Personally, I just think that at this point in time phpBB/IPB/vB-like forums are outdated as a concept and communities like modern collaborative blogs (e.g. LiveStreet-based or maybe even something like The Verge) promote more serious and thematic community-regulated discussion. Out of pure curiosity, how well do non-romance-centric (or at least non-harem) games fare here in general? The ones that are neither otome nor whatever is the opposite?
