I'm not sure I completely understand what you are trying to do, but try removing tag menu from one or both the screens and see if it helps.

For screens, use default. So default name = "blah"

Labels don't have a concept of local variables. Whatever variable you declare inside a label will be available globally.

So when you click on "Delete Persistent", all of persistent data is deleted. What are you testing on? Emulator or an actual device?

If you are using the emulator, alternate is triggered by right click on the button

If you are using the latest Ren'Py, simply go to gui.rpy and change the value of gui.name_xpos and gui.name_ypos (Line 107 & Line 108)

Well you can move the mouse using (I'm not sure what you mean by pulling; can't see the video)

renpy.set_mouse_pos(x, y, time)
Replace x, y with the position/co-ordinates where the mouse should move to and time with how much time it should take the cursor to reach the provided co-ordinates.
