Italics spacing issue
OK, I'm trying to be "fancy" to make it easier to tell when you (or someone else) is thinking something rather than saying something. So for speech, I've been using normal text, and for "thoughts" I've been using italics. But I've been noticing that the spacing is a bit off for the italicized versio...

Weekly Status Report - 10/23/06 - 11/3/06 Yes, I have to cover two weeks for this one, but given that it's my first status report, I hope I can be excused for that. I'll try to do better in the future :D Start of this period was my finishing the outline for the project, which led me to begin looking...

Well, I'm busy with the character drawings for my own project, but I'm always willing to provide character voices. If you want to see my resume and hear demo clips of my voice, then you can check out my resume http://www.freewebs.com/chiruha . Just ask if you need me~! Cool sig art! Anyway, it will...

Yes, I did DL Alice, and eventually figured out how to create a character using the program (a tutorial is REALLY needed for that IMHO). However, I could only figure out how to get three expressions, and a limited amount of variation in looks using the package. Which is why I was hopeful I could con...

OK, I'm sorry to be bothering folks about this, but it's driving me to distraction, and I'm hoping there might be someone out there who either already has what I need, or is willing to prepare what I need in return for a chance at fame and appreciation (since there's not likely to be any fortune for...

As I said, that's why I have kind of mixed emotions about going that route. If I keep it to just being a romantic VN, then I can probably do most of the art myself, and I suspect it will be easier to get help for the voice acting. On the other hand, one line of the story is then a bit (not a lot tho...

The more rpg/dating-sim like you go, the more response you'll get from a demo, just discussing the possibilities Well, that brings up another question I've been pondering. Part of me is interested in making this a full blown eroge, while another part of me thinks I should stop at being just romanti...

Re: Senior Year Development Thread
Come to think of it, none of the games that have been completed to date have had demo versions. Consequently, all of the projects having demo versions or aiming to have demo versions are, to date, unfinished. That makes sense. However, I had gotten the impression that before one shilled for assista...

Senior Year Development Thread
Figured that since my questions are now related to a specific title, I should move my discussion here :) What I'm curious about at this point, is what do other authors think is a good time to start getting feedback? I have the splash screen loading, main menu working, let the user type in their name...
