Thankyou everyone :) Especially Chrono, I like your post a lot :) Some of the things you mentioned are the bits I'm especially proud of, and it's nice to be told I did some of it well. I thought people would be going for Seisha first. Blackstream, yeah, I decided to do that with the players personal...

For Kasuka I just thought of the situation first and the characters, and a few events that had to slot in somewhere, and wrote the story into the game as I went along programming it. No paper diagrams or anything  Generally I worked along linearly but if I couldn't think of an event for a ...

Thanks Sai and Zintar :) Lemma, does it work if you just give it a pathname of the file? My guess is the dialog component I used wasn't made to work on 95...If you cheat and modify the file it shouldn't load, and will give you a message saying something to that extent, nothing too interesting. Zinta...

You know, now that you have a finished game, I bet you could find people willing to do art for it (if...

Back in late December I decided to try my hand at making a Visual Novel style game, just to see how hard it was, after seeing various topics all over the place talking about projects, but never getting off the ground. It isn't that good, namely because all of the games content was made by myself, en...

Is Ren'Py free to use, and how do I do it? Since I myself have no programming skills and all... Say if I wanted to use it for my next project, what would I need? A guide? The Python? PyGame? PyTom's permission? Judging from the demo, it is just the thing I would need. :? Surely the demo explains ju...
