Re: Ethnicities on Lemma Soft Forum

That makes us two :) Well, I'm pretty sure we can find more than the two of us being german here ;-) (Since I actually am here, because a friend of mine showed the forum to me ;-)) I did Latin as well - for half a year, as a third foreign language. Stopped because it was kind of boring, I hate lear...

Re: Ethnicities on Lemma Soft Forum

I'm also german, and so are my parents, so it's not as interesting a story as many of you have... Of course, I speak german, I was taught English in school (as you can see, I'm able to write in english ;-)) and also French, but I'm not too good at French. I'll try to fresh it up during a holiday in ...

Re: What is your favorite fantasy creature?

I'm always fascinated of shape-shifting things, like humans who can turn into birds or something along these lines. They can disguise themselves as animals and look pretty normal (good for a spy, for example). And you can get to know the animal and the human first and only later discover that they a...

Re: Your Favorite Food

Hm, hard to tell...
there's so much nice food in this world...
I like pasta a lot (since it's also quite easy to cook, I love it even more), but also just grilled meat, and of course, chocolate and other sweets :-)

Re: Post your photo

Hihi, thanks... It was like I was going to look what was in there and my dad just took a picture from behind... It's in a park with a lot of strange rocks that people in the 18th century discovered and built even more things into. - A really nice place. Good for summer holidays, since it's forest (n...

Re: Post your photo

Since I read all those posts and looked at all those (really nice) pics I somehow feel obliged to upload one myself... ;-) But since I don't like having too many recognisable pictures of me on the internet, I stick to derTor's first solution of hiding oneself in beautiful rocks ;-) Don't be offended...

Re: What kind of world do you like for your second world?

I like Codexus' idea... the argument that a fantasy world could be simulated in the hightech one so one can have both is quite convincing ;-)

Re: What kind of world do you like for your second world?

It sounds all nice about this "no work anymore" and only "fun", yes... But there are some necessary works I don't think anyone would consider fun: e.g. garbage removal, sewage works... And personally, I've never met a person who actually liked "dull labour" - have you? I think those people who do it...

Re: What kind of world do you like for your second world?

Wow, I really like Jo'ogn's vision too... Though there automatically arises the question how that could be possible, since if money doesn't exist, people would probably start dealing in information and skill, right? And then they would try to keep their ideas a secret again, to use it for this... Bu...

Re: What kind of world do you like for your second world?

Teleporting would definitely have to be possible in my world. (Yeah, I'll admit I'm a lazy person ;-) But it will also save time which can be invested into nice VNs ;-)) A slower time would also be nice - just to have more of your life (Is that possible, according to the rules?) So, I guess I'm stuc...

Re: Senior Year

I just finished your game... I like it :-) It's definitely fun - and I will now, hoping not to annoy anyone, go back into the "realistic or not"-discussion: I think the girls path all for themselves aren't that unrealistic. If you only look at one girl at a time, they are a bit forward, which is nec...

Re: Looking for a background artist

Hm, I think it would be about 25 to 30 backgrounds... though some are quite similar, like
a street in the city and the same street after a fight...
Thanks for your post! :-)

Re: Past or present tense

I wouldn't say it's required to write in past tense as that disconnects the reader a little more from the story, and the format of the VN -is- usually "Choose Your Own Adventure", where it would look a little odd if you made decisions that affect the past rather than future actions. That's exactly ...

Re: Looking for an artist

Wow, this is just great!
I'm so happy!!!
Your art is really wonderful... I can remember me and Arithra sitting in front of her pc admiring it and discussing "should we send a pm? our project isn't short, but it would be just perfect..." - this is how dreams come true... :-)

Wow, this sounds really great! Arithra just gave me the link to look at it and I can't wait to play it :-)
I love the artwork...
I think I side with Riviera... Yang will be just great!
Good luck as you go on!
