I see nothing wrong with informing the game developer. His work is getting a bad reputation. If you know the host source of the pirated games, the game developer can then submit a take down notice (Digital Millennium Copyright Act - DMCA) to the host site.

I'm fine with little or no narration. I prefer that the art and dialog tell the story. When necessary, in my own work, for example, I'll use a plain text slide saying something like "Two hours later" when transitioning to a different scene.

If you were hired based on your resume, and your first assignment was to code something in python, could you do it? If not,I'd recommend you NOT add Python to your skills set in your resume.
